A typical intervention may consist of the following strategies, depending on your intentions and needs:
Phase 1: Assessment
We work with you to identify useful approaches to learn about your organization and the issues of concern. We can conduct surveys, hold focus groups, and interview participants.Phase 2: Intervention
When we enter your work enviornment, we do so with awareness and respect of your unique culture. Based on what we learn from the assessment phase, we collaborate with you to design an effective change strategy. This might include large group facilitation, individual coaching, team process work, and training.
Phase 3: Follow-up assessment
We provide post-intervention assessment to determine progress toward the intervention goals. We facilitate post-mortem meetings, conduct online surveys, in-person interviews, and hold focus groups, as needed.
